ST30X, ST32 Manual Extract – REMOVAL OF POWER STEERING UNIT

Remove the floor mat (LH and RH).
Remove four bolts and remove the center cover.
Remove four screws and remove column cover.
Remove six screws and disconnect couplers for related wiring harness. And remove the rear cover.
Remove two screws and loosen two bolts. Disconnect the coupler for the meter panel and disconnect tachometer cable.

Remove front cover.
Remove throttle cable.
FIG. 58: Disconnect four hydraulic hoses from the Orbit roll power steering unit (1).
Remove four bolts (2) and remove the steering post with the Orbit roll power steering unit.
Remove bolts (3) and remove the power steering unit from steering post.
