This manual (CTM 134) is written for an experienced technician. Essential tools required in performing certain service work are identified in this manual and are recommended for use.

This manual covers only the Level 3 Electronic Fuel System. It is one of five volumes on 8.1 L engines.

The following four companion manuals cover the repair, operation and diagnostics for the base engine and various electronic and mechanical fuel systems. These are in 5 volumes . In order to complete the 8.1 L set, Discard CTM134 dated 22FEB99 and replace with the following new manuals::
